Mason Dixon Bakery & Bistro
Mason Dixon is THE dedicated gluten-free kitchen in Huntsville, so of course everything they make is gluten-free. They also specialize in allergies, so finding plantbased options here is easy. Mason Dixon is both a Bakery and a Bistro. The meals are listed first and the take-home bakery items next.

Please note, some of the bakery items are plant-based but contain honey so are not fully vegan. When I have listed an item that contains honey, I have clearly marked it.

They currently don't offer any non-chocolate cupcakes and I always ask them to (my brother, a celiac, is also allergic to chocolate and so has never had one of their wonderful cupcakes).
