Mellow Mushroom has consistently gotten more and more vegan friendly over the years. Even the Huntsville locations are very easy to navigate.
They offer Follow Your Heart vegan cheese. Both their housemade dough and their gluten-free dough are vegan as are most of their toppings with the exception of the portabello mushrooms, which are cooked in butter.
